1.Feeding Unit:

1. High Speed Feeder, 4 suckers for lifting and 4 suckers for conveying structure. Max. Speed 12000 sheets/h.
2. The paper feeding table has upper and lower over-limit protection.
3. The height of non-stop feeding can reach 1300mm, pre-stacking device, non-stop feeding.
4. The conveying table adopts stainless steel corrugated board.
5. Moveable paper pressing holder make sure the sheet delivery stable.
6. Servo motor control sheet overlap, accuracy of overlap ≤±2mm.

 

        

   

   

2.Laminator Host:

1. Drying roller diameter is 800mm, fill liquid into the roller and seal it. Electromagnetic heating control system is adopted for drying, the film is heated evenly, and the drying speed is more faster, lower energy consumption. The stainless steel fin electric heating tubes are built in the auxiliary oven.
2. Heating roller adopt electromagnetic heating system, heating up and cooling down fast, Built-in temperature measurement probe for accurate temperature reading.
3. The heating press roller adopts a segmented heating system(optional), efficient and energy-saving.
4. The diameter of the pressure rubber roller is 380mm, and the pressure can be up to 15T.
5. The gluing roller and the measuring roller running are controlled by the motor, and the glue is applied evenly. Glue thickness micro adjust, easy to control by the Gauges.
6. The machine stops in an emergency and the pressure film frame rises automatically, so that the film is not contaminated by glue. The gluing system Teflon process treatment, easy to clean and non-sticky. When machine stop.

 

        

 

3.Cutting Unit:

1. The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller, double sets anti roll structure, flat and non curly after thin paper laminating.
2. The paper cutting part include grinding wheel and disc knife for slitting, meeting customers' requirements for slitting films of different materials.
3. The bounce roller is controlled by an independent motor, and the paper can be separated by using the speed difference, assist to film break.

 

        

 

4.Non-stop Collector:

1. The non-stop collector height can reach 1300mm. When the stack is almost full, the delivery conveyor belt will automatically extend to accept the paper. The collector platform will drop. After the tray is replaced, the platform will recycle and complete the non-stop collector. (Option)
2. Adopt pneumatic paper sorting structure to ensure the neatness of the paper.
3. With a reduction wheel to prevent the paper from being damaged due to too fast hitting the baffle.
4. Induction electric eye, sensing the length of the paper, if the length of the paper changes, the belt will accelerate, and the baffle of the take-up machine will overturn and lift the paper.

 

    

 

 

Optional: Any combination of powerful multi-functional configuration can solve various problems of laminating process!

1.Window Laminating Unit:

1. 200-500gms window die cutting paper laminating process.
2. Paper gluing and IR drying, then pasting with film, special use for food box, Underwear packaging box, Cosmetics packaging box, Toy box and different kinds of color paper box making.
3. Dry unit include 12 pcs IR lamps, total heat power is 14.4kw. Depend on product and paper glue thickness, esay control the three group lamps’ power.

 

2.Double-sided Laminating:

1. Simple double sides laminating device, product thickness should be within 200gsm. Why -- The electromagnetic heating roller heats the surface of the paper, but the film is on the back of the paper, so the thicker the paper, the worse the thermal conductivity, and the longer the heat transfer time is required, so the thick paper pasting is worse, if want to get better the paste, running speed should slow.
2. The diameter of the film is limited. The independent unit of the double sides laminator can load 4 kilometers of film. However, the simple double sides lamination device cannot load such a large volume of film because of its small space, and the operation will be more troublesome when replacing the film.
3. The independent unit of the double sides laminating machine has no requirements on the paper thickness and will not affect the speed of the machine. The limit is not that big.

 

3.Heating Roller Dust Removal:

1. Special designed to clean the excess powder following from printing. This machine adopts Heat Calendaring. Use Heat Calendaring Roller removes the remaining powder from both sides of the sheet. Principle:
2. Belt Suction Conveyor system for transporting sheets smoothly through the machine without damage. Using a large size powder collection box, easy to clean.
3. Independent powder cleaner can be fitted to our machines.

 

4.Inkjet Printer Plat: Only optional inkjet platform, inkjet printer can be purchased separately according to customer needs.

 

5. UV Dryer:

1. UV DRYER similar to the double heating pressure roller function, at a much better price.
2. I highly recommend this option if you have a large number of pre-coated products, the surface effect of the pre-coated film after lamination is very visible.
3. UV dryer can let thermal film stick appear more strongly.

 

6. Double Heating Pressure Roller:

1. Second heating pressure make the paper surface more bright and improve the product quality. Specialized use for the dark printing products laminate processing, after second heating pressure, the product surface without white dots. Dark glue laminating will choose this unit.

 

7.Embossing Unit: various embossing reflects the aesthetics of surface decoration!

 

8.Chain Knife:

1. The chain knife cutting device specially for cutting thin paper which laminated for PET film, It is suitable for cutting BOPP, OPP film.
2. PET film with adhesion strength and with higher anti-breaking performance than common film, chain knife easy to cutting the PET film, so favorable for post-processing, greatly reduces labor, time and abnormal waste, therefore reduces cost, it is a good helper for the paper cutter. The chain device controlled by servo motor independently, it is simple operation and maintenance.

 

9.Hot Knife:

1. It is the high grade of the automatic laminating machine, the hot knife could improve the machine working speed, cutting clean and without tail film, specially for cutting paper which laminated for PVC, PET also BOPP, OPP and any kind of film.

 

10. Corona Treatment Machine:

1. Fully automatic Corona treatment machine with automatic random start stop device, no need control by labor. Machine with 4 pieces ceramic electrode, it is suitable for removing static electricity from conductive materials and non-conductive materials, for example OPP, PET, Metal film, holographic film, etc. Supplier: HEFENG MACHINERY and AHLBRANDT GERMANY (Sino German joint venture).

12. Counting Electric Eye: The number of running paper is displayed on the display screen at the take-up machine, whichcan be cleared and accumulated.
