DSPA-720/780/1020 automatic screen printing machine is a kind of automatic flat screen press with high efficiency (more than diploid printing speed over the flat one), high quality (linear touch, more suitable for spot printing), high precision (usually the precision of overprint is less than 0.10mm), it is suitable for printing in bulk of high precision screen productions.
The machine consists of automatic swing cylinder screen printing machine, UV drying machine, automatic stacker. It has profound printing scope, it can not only realize the spot UV coating but also can realize single color or multi-color printing with UV oil of various colors. Combination high voltage mercury lamp is especially applied in the printing with special result or counterfeit like, spot UV coating, overall UV coating, UV polishing, UV refraction, UV foaming, UV creasing, crystal, etc. It is the most popular production line in screen printing in the market.
It is suitable for 100~400g/m2 materials, especially for paper productions (such as cigarette or wine case, toiletry case, present case, brand, poster, other paper packing production and special fake against materials, etc), flower paper, soft plastic, etc.
