● Applications and Characters

Automatic stop cylinder screen printing machine (360°) is upgrade version automatic swing cylinder screen printing machine (180°), it is date from German relief printing and offset printing. According to different types of pressing rolls, the flat-bed cylinder press divided into traditional auto swing cylinder and auto stop cylinder; the main difference is whether the centre of the axes is moving one or settle one.

It adopts latest Stop rotary printing with advantages, such as: paper located exactly and steadily, high precision, high speed, low noise, high degree automation and so on. It is suitable for printing on ceramic and glass appliqué, electronic industry (film switch, flexible circuitry, meter panel, mobile telephone), advertisement, packing and printing, brand, textile transfer, special techniques etc.
- Classical stop cylinder mechanism, cylinder stops step automatically to ensure the forehead of the printing stock can be sent accurately to the gripper of cylinder, which is up to extreme high precision. At the same time, gripper of cylinder and pull side-lay both have the magic eyes for supervising if the printing stock is in correct place, which can reduce the waster effectively.
- The bottom of convey table with vacuum adsorption, assembled with the pull and press mechanism, ensure printing stock delivered smoothly.
- Two cams separately control the movement of squeegee and ink-return blade. Squeegee with the pneumatically pressure-kept device, the printing graphics is more clearly and the ink layer is more even.
- The screen frame rack can be pulled out, which is easy for adjusting the register or feeding, as well as cleaning the cylinder and screen frame. At the same time, it is assembled with bakpua device avoid the ink drops on the cylinder.
- Main transmission and main parts lubricate automatically, prolong the using precision and machine life in effect.
- The whole machine controlled by PLC, can choose touch screen for operating, which is very easy and high degree automatism.
- It can be used with screen drying machine, UV drying machine, UV & IR drying machine and automatic stacker to form the full automatic screen printing line.
❈ Automatic Swing Cylinder Screen Printing Machine:
- Automatic Rear Paper Feeder: adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. Paper feeding, screen printing, UV curing, paper stacking can be finished at one time.
- Automatic Front Pick-up Feeder (Option): The sucker system locate in the front edge of material, avoid to scratch the material surface when feeding. It is suitable for thin paper and film such with static and easy to be scratched printing material. Even if it is multi-printing, the surface won’t be scratched.
- Anti-static Device (Option): Equipped with anti-static blower in the feeder, make separate material easily and remove the static in the surface of material, it also can be equipped in feeding and delivery board, also can use the anti-static bar.
- Printing Cylinder: High precision stop cylinder mechanism, the cylinder is stopped when register, ensure the printing substrate can be sent accurately to gripper of cylinder; the stainless cylinder with vacuum suck and blow function, ensure the printing quality as well as make the delivery smoothly.
- Register with Sensors: In front-lay and side-lay there are equipped with sensors for register, slim dislocation, the machine will stop automatically and pressure release, ensure the printing precision, reduce the ratio of spoiled products.
- Squeegee System: The up and down of squeegee is controlled by cam, which ensure the pressure is even, spot or coat all can print accurately; the squeegee with pressure kept device, which make the printing image clear and ink layer more even.
- Screen Frame Structure: The screen frame rack can be pulled out, which is easy for adjusting and screen frame; at the same time, it is assembled with device to hold the ink dropped to avoid the ink drops on the cylinder.
- Delivery Board: It can be turned down by 90°, easy to adjust the screen frame, fix blade, clean and inspect; with vacuum adsorption ensures delivery smoothly. The two wider convey belt which can avoid the belt break the substrate.
- Control System: PLC control the whole machine’s running, two operation system with touch screen and buttons, easy to operate, improve the running reliability and stability; man-machine operation interface, check and show malfunction automatically and timely.
❈ UV Dryer:
- Tunnel structure with good shielding effect, high power, user friendly without harm to operator.
- Instant drying to solidify surface of printed material with gloss and durable friction, resistant to solvent.
- Applicable to UV ink for special processes like bubbling, frosting, wrinkling, reflection and crystal effects.
- Well designed structure, easy access to relative equipments for printing production line.
- UV lamps can be independently controlled and quantity can be added on request.
