● Applications and Characters
The machine is composed of printer part, take-off set machine and UV dryer. It is a 3/4 automatic screen printingproduction line which the printing stock is fed by hand, taken off automatically. After the printing finished and theprinting arm put up, the mechanism arm of take off set machine will extend into between the printing arm and printingtable, suck and pull out the printing material, then send it to next working procedure (drying and paper collecting). It cannot only save human labor, but also improve working efficiency of printing machines It is fit for printing on flexiblematerials such as paper and polyester plastic film and so on.
❈ Horizontal Lift Screen Printing Machine:
- Four cylinders motorized to achieve even pressure with clear mesh.
- High-precision guide track with “MEGADYNE” belt, dual-band drive, high printing precision.
- Decelerator driving printer head moves up and down, speedy and stable.
- Microcomputer with fault display function for maintenance.

The UV drying machine is widely applicable for drying, UV solidifying materials after screen printing, offset printing, electro-plating, PCB processing, etc.

- Instant drying solidify surface of print materials to become glossily, durable friction and resistant to solvent.
- Structure with good design, easily equipped with other machines for press line.
- UV lamps can be controlled independently. The quantity of lamps can be added as request.
