● Applications and Characters

The Roller Embossing Machine is the special equipment for web processing. It applies to various especial art paper, aluminum composite paper, plastics, reel bags ,leather, sheet metal etc. The machine adopts advanced automatic tension control system, so it is unnecessary to adjust the tension during embossing. And the embossing and rolling will be more stable. The aluminum running roller has been anodized so the hardness can reach HV-1100 to make the paper surface keep smooth. It also has the anti-crease roller-in structure and electromagnetic clutch protective device. The art surface will be more attractive after embossing. It’s the ideal equipment for increasing product grade, strengthening anti-falsification, and protecting trademark.

1.Unwinding Unit:
1. Adopt automatic hydraulic lifting system
2. 3” air swelling shaft, can move right and left freely, the tension of furling roll can be adjusted.
3. All aluminum guide roller is Φ120mm diameter.
4. Equipped with E-stop device.
5. Equipped with 40Kgf magnetic powder brake, max. unwinding diameter Φ1300mm
6. Equipped with high speed tension controlling system.
2.Embossing Unit:
1. Adopt frequency converter speed control, each unit of the machine adopt proportional drive system, keep the speed synchronization.
2. 1 PC laser engraving chrome embossing roller, can be heating and equipped with temperature auto-controlling system; 1 PC wool roller.
3. Main motor with high precision cycloid gear motor, high transmission accuracy, high transmission power.
4. Adopt small paper feeding rollers, can avoid wrinkles effectively.
5. Equipped with automatic hydraulic system, the embossing pressure can be easily adjusted, and the pressure on both sides can be adjusted according to the paper separately.
6. Disassembled slider device, embossing roller can be quickly replaced.
3.Rewinding Unit:
1. Adopt automatic hydraulic lifting system
2. 3” air swelling shaft, can move right and left freely, the tension of furling roll can be adjusted.
3. Heavy rewinding mechanism to ensure smooth winding.
