    DYWA-1100 automatic paper embossing machine with a speed of 6000 sheets / hour. The vacuum pump drives feeder and paper feeding. There is a double sheet control in front of the paper feeding. When the paper is fed with two or more sheets, it will stop automatically.

    The embossing part is composed of wool roller and embossing roller. The diameter of wool roller is 350mm and the diameter of embossing roller is 175mm. The paper is pressed out of the grain pattern between wool roller and embossing roller. Its main working performance is as follows: fine smooth lines can be carved on the upper surface of the pattern roller of the machine, and the smooth lines on the surface can be directly printed and pressed on special paper such as paper, gold and silver card, aluminum foil paper and coated paper through embossing.

    aZYWA-1100 automatic embossing machine is driven by frequency converter. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. There is a pressure of 50 tons between the two rollers of the machine.

     

    1.Feeder:

    1. High speed feeder is directly driven by servo motor (traditional transmission shaft configuration), and some parts are imported and assembled in China.
    2. It has a four suction and two feeding structure with strong paper suction. The suction head can adjust various paper suction angles according to the deformation of the paper, which can better ensure the smooth paper feeding from thin paper to large gram paper jam; Equipped with feeder head quick adjustment device.
    3. Equipped with 3-channel Feeder head anti-collision device to protect feeder head.

     

    2.Conveying:

    1. The paper feeding part is driven by synchronous belt; The paper feeding accessories are changed to general type, and the paper feeding is relatively stable.
    2. Using servo motor to directly drive feeder, the structure is more stable.
    3. In order to cope with various complex and changeable box shapes of modern packaging, the ultra-small format paper feeding device can easily make up, set the most economical production paper format and greatly enhance the competitiveness.

     

    3.Embossing Section:

    1. The wool roller is made of high-grade wool paper and high-strength hydraulic pressure. The pattern roller is processed by special No. 45 steel and then carved.
    2. Resin sand cast iron is selected for the main engine wall panel and base to ensure the long-term reliable and stable operation of the whole machine.
    3. The driving chain adopts special reinforced chain to improve the accuracy and stability of the machine and prolong the service life.

     

    4.Stacker:

    1. The paper is fed into the receiving table by the conveyor belt and automatically drops to the bottom.
    2. Two way pneumatic automatic and neat paper receiving, convenient operation and labor saving.

     

    5.Electric Control System:

    1. The advanced national safety standards in Europe and America are adopted for electrical components and electrical circuits.
    2. The electrical cabinet adopts air cooling device to effectively ensure the normal operation of electrical control under high temperature conditions.
    3. The interface controls are integrated, and a large number of electrical switch controls are involved in the operation interface, which is simple and easy to operate. PLC controls the operation and fault monitoring system of the whole machine.
