● Applications and Characters
The Machine is Cylinder-to-Cylinder Automatic Paper Embossing Machine. Its Printing Plate Roller (Plate Roller) covered 1PCS 1mm thickness stainless steel sheet on the roller surface, the plate is fixed on plate roller surface by thread splint (the plate adopt specially stainless steel sheets, and crave all kinds patterns on the surface); Rubber Roller (Liner Plate Roller) surface covered 1PCS 1.9mm thickness rubber blanket, it has elastic and balance features. When paper or printed sheets go through the plate roller and impression roller, the rubber blanket can always maintain product back pressure, then transfer the embossing patterns to the paper sheets.
The machine no need ink, it can be used for Sandy, Reflection, Ice, Embossing Deep Press, Laser, 3D, etc., also can specially design the patterns according to customers request.
Embossing Material: White Card, With Paper, Golden and Silver Card, Aluminum Roil Paper, Art Paper, Specialty Paper, PVC/PET Film, Leather, Golden and Silver Foil, etc.
1.It is designed to be high efficient stable and delicate. Totally 6 suction nozzles, 4 for sucking the paper on and 2 for feeding the paper to the machine, are stable and used to paper with various thickness.
2.Feeding Table: The plated surface, can prevent the paper back from scratching, and enable a smooth paper feeding. Equipped with induction photo sensor, so the equipment is automatic stopped if no paper passed.
It is equipped with Front and Side Layer, which is positioning paper from top to bottom and left to right alignment.
3.Paper Feeding Structure: This machine adopts swing to transmit the paper, cam is with a constant principle, the transmission speed is quick and stable low noise, close register.
4.Embossing Part: It adopts cam type open-close gripper structure, roller high for open and lows for close. Roller follows the balance principle. The structure of equipment can improve the equipment speed, lower the equipment noise, ensure the printing more accurate.
