    VDZXH-2000/2400/2800A fully automatic computer-controlled down-folding gluing machine is mainly based on the down-folding gluing machine of Langston brand of American Sun Group to design and improve, combining all the advanced technologies at home and abroad, the whole implementation of "European standard" production，one-click start, and the designed operating speed is up to 320m/min. 1. The Gluing Department:

1. At any speed can be accurate to the accuracy of mm, the cold (hot) adhesive spray on the carton product required by the sizing position, to minimize the time to clean and install the reproduction process, reduce waste.
2. Using today's most advanced 32-bit processors and optimized software algorithms to achieve paste boxes at speeds from 0 to 600 m/min.

2. The Folding Department:

1. After the input of cardboard parameters, the upper and lower tracks on the operating side and the power side and the cardboard folding position will be automatically adjusted to achieve accurate folding.
2. The folding function can improve the folding precision of the cardboard and effectively control the gap size of the folded carton.
3. The lower folding belt can adjust the speed respectively to reduce the fishtail phenomenon.
4. Secondary indentation mechanism, for the cardboard with poor indentation quality in the previous process.
5.  Indentation wheel form according to different cardboard to match.
6. Vacuum belt transmission is adopted. The cardboard transmission is completed by running between the upper vacuum belt and the lower belt. The spring roller device can meet the requirements of the gap of different cardboard thickness.
7.  Adjustable air volume fan, to prevent the carton before forming incomplete bonding up problem.

3. The Collation and Output Department:

1.  It is composed of collecting, buffering, stacking, pneumatic pushing and output departments.
2. Photoelectric induction precise paper technology can set the number of cartons per bundle to 10~25.
3. The buffering arrangement gives the machine enough time to stack at high speed.
4.  Pneumatic push - out device and pneumatic pressure sheet make the cartons stack neatly.
5. The strong fan avoids the warp of the board, and the wind volume and wind direction can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
6. It is equipped with cushioning cushion to effectively avoid damage to the edge of the carton caused by high-speed operation.
7.  The upper output track can be adjusted up and down, forward and backward, and the output height can be adjusted according to the height of each carton. The whole output department can be adjusted left and right, so that the carton output has been kept in the center of the machine.

4. International famous brand TR bearings are selected.
