FZ-1450/1700YL Automatic Pile Turner

VFLM-1450/1600 Automatic Flute laminator could do three in one lamination and also could do the lamination of single layer with cardboard paper. The machine is composed by top paper feeding unit, to paper transferring unit, top paper positioning unit, upper and lower bottom paper feeding unit, upper and lower bottom paper positioning unit, harmonic gear, two gluing system and press-conveyor unit.

● Applications and Characters:
- It can collect paper with one pile face up and one pile face down, or all face up or all face down.
- The paper pile will automatically comes out when getting to the setting value.
- Using HMI (Human machine interface) for controlling, easy for operation.
❈ Features of the Machine:

1. Feeding Part:
1. The paper feeding part uses sun wheels and a conveying belt to ensure that the paper falls smoothly and orderly on the paper pushing table. When the paper reaches the preset number or thickness, the paper pressing rod lifts to separate the paper. (Fig.A)
2. The unique design of the paper pressing blades make it easy for the warped paper to enter the feeding part smoothly.
3. The Pneumatic cylinder lifting device is used for inline with the pressing conveyor of the laminator, which is convenient for manual paper collection during sampling. When the stacker machine is not used, the plate with the belt can be lift down.
2.Paper Aligning Part
1. Air cylinder cooperates with the left and right side lays and the front stopping plate to ensure the paper neatly flapped.
2. The amount of sheets for one turning can either be counted or set by thickness.
3. The amount of sheets for one turning can be set, when getting to the setting valve, sheets will be sent to the turning basket. Height of paper pile is adjustable within 1.6-18m.
3.Paper Turning Part:
1. It adopts a unique servo and reducer drive for turning, which makes the turning cage stable, fast and accurate.
2. Nylon rollers are added to the paper turning cage to make the paper pushing smoothly without jamming.
3. The paper turning cage is electrically adjusted by one button, no need operator entering into the machine, which is safe and convenient.
4.Delivery Part:
1. Cylinders are used on three sides to drive the plates to reciprocate to flap and straighten the collected paper to ensure a neatly collected paper.
2. The auxiliary delivery adopts a cross bar and a connecting plate to to form a net, and moves within the preset track to complete the non-stop delivery.
5.Paper Pile Output Part:
1. Paper tray is pushed into the machine from the front part (indicated below) and will be pushed out from the delivery part when full of paper to carry out the non-stop delivery.
2. After the paper tray is full of paper, the paper pile is directly pushed to the three rows of rollers, which is convenient for hydraulic truck or forklift to pull away. (This kind of output has requirements for paper tray)
3. Optional: Paper tray is supported by steel plate (not rolls): This kind of output is suitable for various paper trays. When the tray is full of paper, it needs the operator to take it away by hydraulic truck or forklift and push in another empty tray immediately.
4. Optional: Side delivery (left or right) : This kind of output needs less space.
6.Electric Control System:
1. It adopts PLC to control the operation of the whole machine and the trouble monitoring system. Various electrical components and monitoring switches are famous brands, with accurate motion control and stable performance.
2. The high-resolution LCD touch screen provides human-computer interaction throughout the work process, which is convenient for the operator to monitor the operation of the machine and troubleshooting in time.
