● Applications and Characters
PFLE-850/1050A/D Automatic Single / Double Side Thermal Film Laminating Machine is newly developed upon market needs. The most attractive features of the machine are compact structure and humanized design. For the laminating of greeting cards, certificates, documents, book covers and packing boxes, etc.
1.Feeder:
- Sheets pre-stacker provides a continuous feed without a stop.
- Servo-controlled feeder head (oil-free vacuum pump) replenishes sheets. Paper feeding, laminating, separating can be finished at one time.
- Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.
- Sheets gap sensor for self-protection; Side-lay regulator aligns sheets.
- The overlap uses servo motor control. During operation, the operator just needs to set the paper length on the touch screen, then the machine can run automatically. The overlap precision tolerance is about ±2mm.
2.Laminator:
- Electromagnetic-heated, chrome laminating roller with the large diameter.
- Hydraulic pump along with rubber roller exerts big, even and constant laminating pressure.
- Equipped with reel film side cutter and perforating device.
- Air expansion shaft releases film roll, and positions film roll more accurately, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient. The film feeding adopts pneumatic brake which can adjust film release tension and speed.
- Laminating pressure up to 8MPa.
- Double Side Lamination is optional, both sides are laminated at the same time.
3.Separating Sheeter:
- Adjustable pro-active, anti-curl bar takes the curl out of laminated sheets.
- Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specification of sheets and films.
- Steer wheels exert negative force on one side to help with sheeting.
- Adjustable sheeting pressure.
- Stable and efficient pneumatic sheeting system with a photoelectric detection.
4.Sheets Stacker:
- Corrugating delivery system ensure paper collection more regular and convenient. To settle completely a long time of technical matter, crimping trouble of laminated thin paper.
- Automatic paper stacker for collecting the paper. After pneumatic separating, laminated paper can be collected well.
- Side joggers and back-stop stack sheets in order.
5.Others:
- Touch screen and control panel with colorful buttons. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
- Separated structure convenient for machine maintenance and reparie.
