● Applications and Characters:
PFLG-850/1050/1200A Automatic Film Laminating Machine is one of our new designs which is researched and developed upon the market needs. This laminating machine is composed of feeding system, laminating system, separating system, paper stacking and temperature control fully automatic machine. The electric and pneumatic devices are controlled by programmable control (PLC) system, and touched screen operation. This machine centralizes the features of high automation, high precision of lamination, humanized configuration and easy operation, and is an excellent performance of equipment for the best choice of large and medium-size enterprises.
- Pre-stacker mechanism to realize non-stop paper feeding and receiving.
- Adopt high-speed offset press feeder (12000 sheets/hour) to ensure fast and stable operation.
- High degree of intelligence, the whole machine is controlled by PLC and man-machine, and each part is frequency-converted and servo-linked to ensure speed synchronization and easy for one person to operate.
- Electromagnetic heating system: the temperature rises and falls quickly, the heating roller adopts an electromagnetic heating system and a built-in oil heating system to make sure the temperature is uniform.
- Driven by the synchronous belt, the equipment is more stable and the accuracy is better.
- The equipment adopts servo edging, which has higher accuracy and more stability.
- The main pressure shaft is combined with electric pressure.
- Automatic lifting film, reducing labor intensity and safety.
- The main roller adopts double chain, no jump, high running stability, it is not easy to stretch after a long time, which affects the accuracy!

- Double-sided Laminating: Both sides are laminated at the same time.
- Double Pressing Unit: Enhanced surface compaction and fastness twice.
- UV Dryer: Lamination has strong fastness, especially to solve the problem of embossing, embossing and folding without any white line.
- Chain Knife: Suitable for PET, PVC, OPP, Metalized Film Separating; Adopts empirical formula inner and super waves reaction to achieve cutting of sheet in high speed and accuracy, just input the date of sheet two sides on PLC control panel, it can be cut automatic, so it is easy to operate and higher mechanization degree.
- Embossing System: various embossing reflects the aesthetics of surface decoration!
