● Applications and Characters

PSUV-1100/1300 Automatic Spot UV Coating Machine, combine offset printing machine and coating machine structure, adopt according to the teeth of bites the paper carry, it is used for both full and spot varnishing on thin and thick paper with accurate and even spot coating register by blanket or photopolymer plate. It is suitable for spot or full coating on words and graphics in books, advertisement sheets, color paperboard to enhance its dimensional quality.
1. Large-diameter cylinder structure, especially the flat polishing surface; can automatically control the feed conditions imprint pressure and from the combined action of pressure.
2. High efficiency UV drying system, so that thorough drying of printed materials, and energy-saving standby half-power UV lamp set to save operating costs.
3. Drum gear are high-strength alloy steel, durable, precision and stability.
4. UV lights with full power and semi-automatic power switching function into the half-light standby machine, saving and prolonging lamp life.
5. Saftguards and human-based operating procedures ensure user safety and convenience. Imported elements for main bearings and electrical components are adopted in the machine.
1.Stream Feeder:
1. Suction head with maintenance free vaccum suction system requires no lubricant or oil with its non-abrasive design. Simple bearing and rotary valve control it. Fit for adjusting the relative position of wind-head and the paper pile.
2. Imported needle sensors for front and side paper stoppers to ensure sheets well-positioning, correct register, when sheets are found defluxion, pneumatic-pressing mechanism will be in action and feeding stops to protect plate roller and avoid waste.
3. Equip with double sheets controller and up-and-down device for paper stacking table.
4. Option: Pre-stack table for machine non-stop working.
2.Multi-Function Coating Mechanism:
1. Gripper chain delivery system for stable transferring of paper.
2. Automatic cylinder on/off via pneumatic control.
3. Convenient plate cylinder positioning for fast nylon plate changes.
4. Suitable for both flexo plate and rubber blanket as coating media.
5. Precisely constructed with four roller coating heads for spot and full-sheet coating.
6. UV varnish supply system composed of reverse running rollers makes coating more smooth.
7. UV tank is equipped with UV warming system, to reduce the viscosity of the UV varnish and increasing liquidity of the UV coating on the paper surface.

4.Cooling System
1. Composed OF UV light tube reflector awning, electric control, and cooling and exhausting device.
2. Installed with automatic temperature controller, a safety device for emergency cut off in super-temperature error.
3. Equipped with full lamp/half lamp feature linked to the smearing process. Full light for normal status. Automatically turn to half-lit when paper feed breaks down or double-paper occurs or emergence stoppage happens.
5.Automatic Delivery Unit:
1. Automatic gripper chain delivery for smooth paper transfer with its low noise feeding, upper and lower pressing track design.
2. Equipped with cooling and exhausting system for safety operation.
3. Using with cooling suction device to keep the paper stable, the suction decurler counteracts during problems associated with light-weight paper coating.
4. Option: Air cooling system keeps varnish coating quality.
