Payment Term: After signing Proforma Invoice, 30% of the total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment. Balance should be paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.

Delivery Time: Within 30 days after receiving down payment. The delivery time might be short if there is machine in Stock.

Guaranteed Period: The Company ensured that we produced products without defects in the materials and mfg processes. We provide a twelve-month warranty. In this period, the Company could provide free maintenance service, and free charge of spare parts replacement. If the fault is due to the mis-operation or caused by the exterior abnormal factors, users have to pay the associated costs.
Be aware that the UV/IR lamp, Rubber Roller, Telfon Conveyor Belt is expendable parts or quick-wear parts, not in the scope of the warranty, the company can provide order service.

Installation and Training: Seller will send one technician for installation and training in buyer's factory. It takes 15 days for installation and training. Buyer should offer VISA, round-trip air tickets, room and board, traffic and communication for seller’s technician in buyer’s country. Besides, subsidy for seller’s technician is USD100/PERSON/DAY.
