●  Air Requirements:

• Compressed air: the minimum pressure of the pressure gauge is 5 bar, which is clean. The oil and water are separated. The condensation point is 4 degrees/6 bar. The quality requirements are the same as that of the paper machine instrument air (provided by the customer).
• Lubrication system: cross cutting unit cutter circulating lubricating oil. All traction rollers, cardan shafts and other running parts are equipped with permanent maintenance free lubricating oil. These elements can be regreased if required by operating conditions. Several technically feasible locations where all necessary lubrication points are grouped together
