- Diameter of the corrugated roll is 320mm. It is tungsten carbide corrugated roll made of 48 CrMo. The upper and lower corrugated roll assembly can be changed as a whole part quickly.
- Diameter of the gluing roller is 250mm. The gluing structure can be pulled out as a whole. It adopts the glue adjustment clearance driving structure. The gear adopts clearance eliminating structure, which makes the adjustment much more reliable and sensible.
- It is equipped with PLC auto glue quantity controlling system (Clearance between the gluing roller and scrap roller can be adjusted automatically according the working speed.), working speed measurement and length calculation.
- It is driven by frequency conversion motor and can reach variable speed adjustment and reliable synchronous linkage with the following equipment.
- It adopts independent driving box and gimbal triple axis driving, which can reduce power shake. The oil dipping lubrication can reduce noise and improve working stability.
- Lifting of upper corrugated roller and pressing roller and movement of gluing structure is pneumatic control.
- It is equipped with preheating roller for surface paper and core paper.
- Guiding roller is added before core paper entering the upper corrugated roller, which can reduce the contact area between the corrugated roller and core paper and prolong the life-span of the corrugated roller.
- It is equipped with electrical glue separating device, which makes it convenient to adjust width. The glue plate structure is optimized so that it can reduce boiled glue and glue spilling.
- Surface of rollers such as gluing roller, scraping roller, preheating roller and guiding roller, etc. are chrome plated, grinded and polished.
- Bearings of upper and lower corrugated roller and pressing roller all adopt high temperature lubricating grease.
- Power of main motor is 22kw and power of air blower is 11kw.
