● Applications and Characters:

VBKA-1100 Automatic Cardboard Laminating Machine, with a speed of 4000 sheets / hour. The vacuum pump drives Feida and paper feeding. There is a double sheet control in front of the paper feeding. When the paper is fed with two or more sheets, the inclined sheet will stop automatically.

The pressing part is composed of a group of large rollers and two groups of small rollers. The diameter of the large roller is 320mm and the diameter of the small roller is 160mm. The large roller is equipped with teeth. The paper is bitten by the large roller, and then the finished product is produced after pressing between the two small rollers.

Its main working performance is: less glue, fast drying and good paper stiffness.

VBKA-1100 automatic card mounting machine is driven by frequency converter. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. There is a pressure of 50 tons between the two rollers of the machine.

It is suitable for high-grade wine boxes, hangtag boxes, cake boxes, shoe boxes, cosmetic boxes, drug packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, mouse sticking plates and other products. 1.Feeder:
1. High speed Feida is directly driven by servo motor (traditional transmission shaft configuration), and some parts are imported and assembled in China;
2. It has a four suction and two feeding structure with strong paper suction. The suction head can adjust various paper suction angles according to the deformation of the paper, which can better ensure the smooth paper feeding from thin paper to large gram paper jam; Equipped with Feida head quick adjustment device;
3. Equipped with 3-channel Feida head anti-collision device to protect Feida head.
2.Transportation:
