VCBA-65 Automatic Cheese Box Production Line adopts PLC control system, touch screen operation, frequency speed control, easy structure and reliable control.
❈ Automatic Cheese Box Foring Machine:
The cheese box forming machine consists of conveying mechanism, box forming mechanism, power section and gluing mechanism.
- Conveying mechanism: It consists of conveying motor, conveying belt and rack. The main function is to transport the upper and lower lids to the forming machine steadily.
- Box forming mechanism: It consists of 90 degree scale division mechanism, rack, paper cut to collar around mechanism, upper and lower lids joint mechanism, box forming mechanism and so on. It is the main mechanism to finish the cheese box.
- Motive power section: It mainly consists of motor, reducing motor electrical parts, PLC control, etc. It can pre-set the rotating speed and provide power.
- Gluing mechanism: It mainly consists of hot melt glue machine, glue pipe and glue gun.
❈ Automatic Cheese Box Foring Machine:
Automatic Punching Machine consists of paper roll stand, transmission mechanism, drive section and forming mechanism.
- Paper roll stand: It consists of chute, paper pressing block and frame. The main function is to feed paper and make sure that paper suction is goes smoothly.
- Drive System: The reducing motor drives the crank axle through the chain wheels to make the guide rod reciprocate. It is the main driving structure of the cheese boxes punching.
- Power mechanism: It consists of motor and reducing motor electrical control etc. It can pre-set the rotating speed and provide power.
- Forming system: It consists of mold, heating device and unloading device. It can form the upper and lower lids of the cheese box.
