● Applications and Characters:
VFGA-1050/1250/1450/1650/1850/2050FS Automatic 4/6 Corner Folder Gluer Machine, each set is controlled by independent motor, adopts electrical regulating board, PLC, imported electronic components, three plates track mode device. Aluminum plates are all chute structure, which is easy to add spare parts. The machine is especially designed for all kinds of 4/6 corner cardboard or corrugated packaging boxes, which can meet to all kinds of requirements of automatic packaging area.

Feeding:
- Adjustable feeding belts to ensure easy adjustment, stable and smoothly feeding.
- Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feeding internal and stable transmission.
- One-touch Pneumatic knife, easy for the adjustment of feeding belts
Alignment
- Alignment section which automatically corrects the boxafter it is ejected from the paper feed section
- The paper board sent from feeder section will becorrected by aligner section to ensure transmission accurately.
- Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness
Prefolding 8t Back Folder:
- Double-board structure with a set of pre-folding knife
- Pre-fold angle is 180°and I35, especially suitable forsmall but high cartons, more satisfactory while rapidprototyping
Bottom Lock 8 Back Folder
- 3-board tracking structure, upper gluer, can makebottom-locked box automatic gluing and forming, canbe used for the special-shaped cartons. The entirebottom-lockpart is installed in a reversible bracketsubstantially reduce the swap adjustment time ofbottom-fold box and the other types of box
- Bottom-folding speed is 50-200 pes per min, stable and teliable.
Folding:
- Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while therapid forming of cartons and make it come toperfection.
- The Second and fourth folding line I800.
- Folding and closing section transmit from right and leftside ,the belt speed can be adjusted separately andcorrect the way of box running to ensure straightlydelivery.
Full Pressing
- Up and down belt can be adjusted separately
- Equipped with photo electronic counting device andkicking paper device, which can press the paper afteraccounting and make it easy to pack . Also equippedwith feeding paper inspection device.
Transmission:
- Equipped with feeding paper inspection device.
- Equipped with impacting device to press the paper afteraccounting and make it easy to pack paper.

- 4/6-corner section: Rear-crash lock of mechanicaloperation in coordination with paper delivery photoelectric, thus ensuring every box continuously andaccurately crash locked and speedily, stably to make486 angle box.
KQ Brand Spraying System: Water Base Cold Glue System.

- Equipped with three guns, convenient in the productionvarious special box, gluing quickly and accurately sizing(Options: customized on user order)
Optional: Hot Melt Spraving System.
- The tank less hot melt system is designed for meltingand pumping of thermoplastic hot melt in granulateform. It gently melts on demand and therefore isapplicable for both high and low glue consumptionapplications. Optional volume control monitors changesin adhesive consumption. Thanks to the fast heat-uptime of 16 minutes to 160 C the Concept Stream isquickly operational. In addition, the adhesive systemachieves a high melting rate performance of 8 kg/h or I5 kg/h with minimum space.
