VFGD-T enhances the function of the traditional folder gluer, reduces the labor cost, creates unexpected value for thecarton, brings stronger competitiveness.
- VFGD-T2000/2400/2800 is heavy duty model, with liner bearing, solid but smooth constriction.
- Can use independently or with any brand of Folder Gluer.
- Can produce bigger size then regular folder gluer, less investment but stronger competitiveness.
- Less space required then normal large size of folder gluer
- Only insert size of board, system can automatically adjust and setup
- Optional memorized function, can save 1800 jobs, easy to set up
- Servo control , high accuracy.
- Innovative and flexible design, can paste asymmetric carton and front and back dislocation carton.

Feeder:
- 4 upper and 4 lower of feeder belt, each 120mm width
- Carrier frame thickness 12mm
- Left/right feeder side guide
- 2 sets of feed gate, easy adjust when set up
- Vacuum feeder, guide every board feed continually
- Independent servo control
Side Folding Device:
- Different angle designed pulleys, guiding box flap steadily to gluing unit.
Register Unit:
- Work by 5 sets of upper & lower front lay with timing belt
- Front lay timing belt can be adjust for frontward and backward

Transfer Section:

- All hexagonal drive shaft of the machine are stainless steel protective cover for safety.
- F-Box Internet control module, PLC and HMI screen could be connect with internet thought this module, programmer can check error even not next to the machine .
