VHBJ-D Automatic Carton Erecting Forming machine is an ideal choice to produce hamburger boxes, chips boxes, take away box, etc. It adopts micro-computer, PLC, servo feeding, alternating current frequency converter, the vacuum-sucking, auto gluing, automatic paper tape counting, chain drive. All of these main parts and electric control system adopts famous brand to guarantee steady working, precise positioning, smooth running, safety and reliability operation.
- It can produce different size and shape of boxes through change the forming mold. The forming mold is cheap and easy to change.
- This machine is highly efficient. It can produce as many as 160 pieces per minute and finished products are automatically counted,
- It is small in size and convenient to install
- The machine uses PLC with high automation, simple operation and adjusted, low rate of fault, and convenient maintenance.
● Work Principle:

The feeder transmits the pre-printed and cut cardboard from the paper shelf to the convey chain and then sends it to the shaping mold. During the procedure, the cardboard has been glued and you can adjust the position of the gluing. The volume of gluing can be measured while in progress without stopping word. After being glued, the cardboard will be conveyed to be shaped and collected to be auto calculated as the preconcert quantity and auto mark without stopping production.

Forming Box Style:

1.Feeding System: Servo controlled feeding system, Sensor detection system, and Vacuum suction.
1. 01.No need the adjust the distance or change different size cam to control feeding .It save the time and more precision when change the mold.
1. 02.Sensor detection to control stat and stop feeding and more width belt will replace the up down part. Feeding will be much more steady.
2.Standard electric box and marked clearly
