VHXA-1050/1250/1450/1650/1850/2050B2AC Automatic Corrugated Folding Gluing Machine is specially used for paperboard shaping and adhesive processing after cutting horizontally. Its universality is strong and suitable scope is wide, which can fold and paste various straight seaming box.
It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons. perfectly combing the requirements of auto packaging together.

Feeding:
- 5~6 pcs adjustable feeding belts to ensure easyadjustment, stable and smoothly feeding
- Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feedinginternal and stable transmission.
- One-touch Pneumatic knife, easy for the adjustment of feeding belts.
Alignment
- Alignment section which automatically corrects thebox after it is ejected from the paper feed section
Folding:
- Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while therapid forming of cartons and make it come toperfection
Full Pressing:
- 2-board structure.
- Two modes for pressing belt speeding.
- Auto: set distance between boxes, pressine beltspeed is the same as the machine, belt removeswhile sensor detect it.
- Manual: pressing belt conveys in a fixed speed andmachine speed will not put any effect on it
- With countine device to count the finished boxes tomatch with boxes regulating, easy to count and pack
Transmission:
- Equipped with feeding paper inspection device.
- Equipped with impacting device to press the paper afteraccountime and make it easy to pack paper
The GrindingPart:
- More effective treatment of paper surface UV, thecartomn adhesive more stroneer.
Optional: KO Brand Spraying System: Water Base ColdGlue System.

- Need Extra Spraying System.
- Equipped with three guns, convenient in the productionvarious special box, gluing quickly and accurately sizing(Options: customized on user order)
Optional Hot Melt Spraying System
- The tank less hot melt system is designed for meltingand pumping of thermoplastic hot melt in granulatefomm. It gently melts on demand and therefore isapplicable for both high and low glue consumptionapplications. Optional olume control monitors changesin adhesive consumption. Thanks to the fast heat-uptime of 16 minutes to 60 ·C the Concept Stream isquickly operational. In addition, the adhesive systemachieves a high melting rate performance of 8 kg/h orI5 kg/h with minimum space.
Optional Plasma System
- Through surface coating treatment, to strengthen theadherence and make cartons easier to be glued.
Optional: Box Bundling Machine.
- The machine reduces labor intensity, saves manpower,improves the working efficiency of the folder gluetmachine, and can make the performance of the folderglueg machine fully play
