● Applications and Characters:
- This machine can complete the one color up more color printing, slitting, creasing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, drilling, die cutting, and other procedures.
- The machine use a modular design, each unit can use a combination of requirement between units pneumatic locking, electric division.
- The rollers evenly through balancing processing and correction, hard chrome plated barrel handle.
- Gear made of high quality steel induction hardened, Oldham drive, free key ring connection.
- Spraying automatic lubrication, oil level balancing system. Lubricate oil automatic balance device keep the oil level of each unit equal and a same height.
- The machine adopt PLC control, with “automatic zero return” and “memories” function; can choose PLC touch screen control.
- Adopt automatic lead edge feeding, the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment. Feed the ministry of paper using rubber roller pull the general warped cardboard and thin cardboard can be absorbed successfully completed, with skip feeding mode.
- Printing department of the ink supply pneumatic, pneumatic lift version, automatic inking, hanging devices.
- Hight adjustment of carton box in the slotting unit is by NC electric groove and 5 slotting blades linkage synchronously more transversely (PLC system is optional).
- Die cutting unit adopt TAIWAN “MAXDURA”rubber anvil, and rubber cushion roller mechanical hoisting device, which prolong the life of the rubber.
