● Applications and Characters

VSGB-660A Automatic UV & Water Base Varnish Coating Machine is researched and developed which combined the domestic and international needs and learnt from HP Indigo UV Coater and DMC Roller Coater by our company. Easy operation and outstanding performance, it is suitable for small format printed paper sheets coating and drying with UV or Water Base varnish, which raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect colors on the surface of paper.

1.Automatic Paper Feeder:
1. Adopt Automatic Rear Pick-up Feeder feeding, the feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically.
2. Pallet Lifting Protection Device: Set micro switch inside feeder head and above pallet table, which protect the feeder head if the paper sheet goes too high.
3. Feeder can be moved front and back & up and down according to the different sheet size.
4. Pallet side guider can be moved right and left according to the different sheet size.
5. Double Sheets Detector: With a safety induction voltage detector to detect double or multi sheets, the machine stop feeding automatically when there is double or multi sheets.
2.UV Coating Unit:
1. Coating rollers adopt synchronous timing belt with frequency conversion speed adjustment, stable and non vibrant.
2. Equip with transparent organic glass, dustproof and easy to observe rollers running.
3. Use coating rollers of larger diameter to make coating effect smoother & brighter.
4. Reverser roller coating is adopted so that coating is much more smooth and even than the extrusion roller coating.
5. With variable control adopted for metering roll, oiling volumes for papers with different thickness can be controlled through different linear velocity, to make the paper smooth and glossy.
6. Swden Doctor blade plus Korea liner can scrape steel rollers cleaner and protect the rollers from being damaged.
7. Stainless steel arc varnish groove at both ends of rollers can effectively prevent varnish oil from splashing and contaminate the machine rack.
8. Equip with roll down protection sensor, the machine stop running automatically when the sensor detect any sheets sticking on rubber roller, so as to prevent damaging rollers.
9. Equip with foot switch, inching speed adjusting, processing failure after paper sheet roll down and cleaning machine.
10. EM Air Knife
  - Equip with EM Air Knife which is digital setting dates, suitable for min. 100gsm sheets coating.
  - EM Air knife can be adjusted on up and down, front and back position, installed multi air nipples. Air blowing is in a line to save air source and keep pressure.
  - Encoder detects the circumference of roller length, output accurate data to the PLC to ensure the air knife precision.
3.UV Curing Device & IR Drying Device:
1. The machine is equipped with magnetic leakage transformer, which is devised and modified from the imported equipment, with power-saving, high power utilization, low heat wasting, low noise, and to ensure that the high-pressure mercury lights work properly.
2. UV magnetic leakage transformer with parallel capacitor design can better endure the voltage fluctuating impact.
3. UV Curing system is equipped with high speed air exhaust fan, improve the life of UV transformer and UV Lamp.
4. The heatsink cover of the UV lamp uses the temperature switch control, so the super high-temperature fire accidents can be effectively under controlled.
5. UV shield is well designed, effectively avoid the UV ray leakeag; The surface temperature of the UV lamp chamber is under 38 ℃, avoiding high-temperature scald.
6. IR Drying Unit adopt temperature controller to set drying temperature.
7. Vacuum suction airbed under the lamb chamber of high temperature for paper sheet safe conveying and avoid fire risks.
8. Machine and electrics safety adopts electric circuit interlocks technique, avoiding security risks when misoperation.
9. Imported Telfon conveyor belt adjusting and correction automatically, improve the working life.
4.Automatic Paper Stacker:
1. Pallet loader up and down with safety limit switch control.
2. Automatic sheets stacking pallet loader down.
3. Low noise of belt conveyer adopts the design of top and bottom pressing track to make paper delivery smooth.
● Coating Technology:
1. Metering Roller A adjustable on horizontal --- Pre-tuning the varnish film thickness.
2. Metering Roller A adjustable on rotating speed --- Fine-tuning the varnish film thickness.
3. Rubber Roller B adjustable on vertical --- Fine-tuning the paper pressure.
