● Applications and Characters:
- It adopts fingerless suction or moon teeth type slot inner suction leading feeding system.
- Upper corrugated roll and pressure roller are controlled pneumatically.
- The corrugated roll is made of the alloy steel material of 48 CrMo with whole gears quenching.
- Bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rolls and pressure roll adopt special high temperature lubricating oil or diluted oil compulsive lubrication.
- Surface of glue roll is embossed with netting design and plated with chrome treatment.
- Backspace and reposition of the gluing structure is pneumatically controlled. It is equipped with auto-circulating glue feeding system. Glue slot can be lifted pneumatically. Gluing width is electrically adjusted. Gluing thickness is adjusted automatically or electrically and is digital displayed.
- It is equipped with closed decelerating box, gimbal transmission and frequency speed adjusting.
