● Applications and Characters

XLTC-1020H High Speed Automatic Window Patching Machine is widely used in the film patching to be package with or without the window of the phone box, wine box, gift box, napkins box, cosmetic box, toy box, milk case, card, etc. It can be used for the function of the paper gluing, film patching, film cutting of card 200~500 g/m2 and flute within 3mm thick.

1.The paper feeder part is servo paper feeding, it is stable.

The gluing parts is the servo control, can control the gluing parts independent. Adjustment is convenient. The gluing part is servo control, the using life is longer.

2.It add the stable transformer, it cannot cause servo motor burnt off because of the power unstable.

3. It add the frequency converter, The motor will not burnt off easily.

4.PLC is the transistor output.

5.The delivery parts 03 and 01 .02 separated, the adjustment and the installing is convenient

Options: This machine has the following functions by configuring different.
1. Film Servo Model: Suitable for the universal window, easy operation for the film.
2. Napkin Box Incision Type: Suitable patching for the universal window, and also patching for the napkin box incision.
3. Paper Patching Perforated Model: Suitable patching for the universal window, and also finish the paper pasting strengthen and perforating of the milk case.
4. Double Patching Model: Patching for the universal window, double patching for the the kraft paper of milk case and then die cutting. (The Max. Paper Size is 1080×730mm)
5. Double Line Paper Feeding Model: Suitable for the universal patching, and also double line paper patching to improve the working efficiency.
6. Small Paper High Speed Model: Suitable for the high speed paper patching for the small paper, the speed improve two times than the common model.
7. Small Paper For Double Line High Speed Model: Suitable for the double patching for the small paper, double patching, the speed improve four times than the common model.
